Another Word for Giant

Is there anything like a kid at Christmas? I didn't really understand the meaning of this statement until this year. Hunter is just at the perfect age to be absorbed in the magic of Christmas, without anyone trying hard at all to get him excited. Christmas has been a month of eager anticipation that I can only remember ever feeling in my own life...as a kid at Christmas! I feel like the memories of my childhood are foggy but so many Christmas memories are crystal clear. It is so fun to think that Hunter is building those memories now. His enthusiasm is such fun to watch and Pippa, who might not otherwise think too much about Christmas either way, really bandwagoned on Hunter's excitement. I had forgotten that Hunter at her age had a super simple view of Christmas and didn't need much of it to have enough. The Nationals won the 2019 World Series! It was quite the story for the nats, who have often made it to the post season but not past. They made it into the post season through a wild card game which was nuts. For yet another year, Philip so deservingly gets the credit for coming up with an amazing family costume idea. The Flintstones! Pippa has been running around with a ponytail on top of her head for a couple of months, which made us think of Pebbles. Hunter is crazy about dinosaurs, so being the pet dinosaur Dino (a purple one no less!) was a great fit for him. Philip busted out his DIY skills to make my Wilma necklace, the Pebbles bone, the tail, collar and shirt for Dino. He pulled out all the stops- and I did too getting all the stuff on Amazon!, and staying up super late the night before the Weil Halloween party to get it all done because Philip had to work late.
